An act of spying was executed on our country. And we have a feeling we know who it was...

Of course, the government refuses to jump to conclusions as this could have disastrous consequences, but the people have already lined up the blame against the Chaos Insurgency. If this is true, we should technically use it as a Casus Belli for war. But our neutrality stands firm.
