The Puntan Autonomy of Huŝujo Suda has a population of 316,111 people and a land area of 3,333.33 sq. miles. This gives it a national average population density of 80 people per sq. mile. Pollution in the autonomy is small. Huŝujo Suda was settled by Hush refugees after the destruction of the Hush's original home, the nation of Limberwisk. In Hush, Huŝujo Suda is called "Shh'ik Qrmm'qka I'klas"

In regards to languages, Esperanto is mandatory to learn as it is the language of government, and Hush is also mandatory to learn, except instead of serving a governmental role is largely for cultural preservation. However in practice, non-governmental interactions between the locals are normally carried out in Norwegian, and Esperanto is only narrowly winning against English. You will likely be perfectly fine touring the autonomy only knowing Esperanto, but locals will appreciate you using the languages they use. Instead of being divided into "cities/urboj", Huŝujo Suda is divided into "villages/vilaĝoj".
