Today, the streets of Dematu fell quiet the DRA appear to have retreated north after a brutal seige costing approximately 50-70 soldiers lives (Unconfirmed) streets once inhabited by families and friends lay abandoned. The reminance of the DRA is still very apparent; burnt out armoured technical vehicles, bullet holes, and rubble dabble the roads into central Dematu along the Kata straight. As I stand here in the Kata district I see soldiers carrying their wounded on stretchers finally a escape, a breather, relief. But in the head of all men in this city is when will the DRA return for a second wave.
