Hello Orbis. Today, I’m going to be writing about an interesting topic of global affairs today: the relationship between Arrgh and The Fighting Pacifists. I’m writing this as a new member of Arrgh and a veteran of TFP, so let’s dive in.
Where it Started
Early on in TFP’s history (way before my time), Arrgh and TFP were often engaged in war with each other. However, the resilience of TFP garnered a mutual respect between the two groups, so Arrgh agreed to protect the baby TFP. The protection ended when TFP grew larger than Arrgh (and it remains that way today).
Ok, now we answered where it started, but that was years ago, so why is there a kind of friendship between Arrgh and TFP now?
The Role of Discord
So, in TFP’s main discord server, the public channel of the server, is very active on a regular basis. Members of many alliances reside there, but probably the most common groups are TFP, applicants, and Arrgh members. Idk we like to hang around in Hanz and screw about. One of the reasons I think such a good relationship exists is because the communication in Hanz has cultivated friendships/trust between members and even Gov. Vilktakis
The current Grand Admiral of Arrgh, Vilktakis, for those who don’t know, is also an ex-TFP member. A man in good standing with TFP, when he became Grand Admiral, he was still always friendly with us. This sort of sealed the friendship of TFP and Arrgh.
