The King Surfer, Captain Good Vibes swore in a new parliament in line with the nations new membership of the Morning Star alliance.

Captain Good Vibes swore in the Ministers of the new Parliament at his palace as each Minister swore to defend the nation and preserve its values and cultures and promote its ideals.
We have progressed as a peaceful nation committed to the principles of the Baiwa Pact and protection of the environment from pollution.
It is true the nation has a coal exporting industry, recently developed which contributes to global warming, but this coal is low sulphur anthracite for the production of steel in other nations that purchase coal for steel production not power stations.
The nation as a whole is committed to nuclear and wind power and its aluminium and munitions factories employ carbon capture technology to achieve Baiwa Pact committments to reduce pollution.
Whilst possessing a nuclear arsenal, the nation is avowed to a non first use policy and the possession of nuclear weapons is in line with the nations defence policy of deterence through strength.
King Surfer did admit that growth appeared to have stagnated and had no projections for when the next city or national project would be created except to say 'watch this space'
It is hoped participation in the Morning Star alliance will be the circuit breaker to a more secure and peaceful era in which growth can again be pursued.
After swearing in the new parliament, the King Surfer hit the beaches with the new government where they all caught some great waves, including the new Prime Minister catching an awesome barrel on a left hander.
