Extension of Unlimited Warfare

Dear Fellows of Orbis, 

As all known, recently, the alliance that I belong to, and our allies, was Undeniably and Unjustly blamed for several non-existent charges. Conspirators spread rumours behind our backs, and honest citizens were put to shame they do not deserve.
Hence, following the steps of my predecessors, I have decided to further participate in the war effort and spread the justice to the entirety of this world, no matter of the costs.
We sincerely liked and dearly loved the uneasy peace uplifted by us all; however, we do not tolerate crimes against us by anytime, anywhere, anyone, anyhow. The Clock is still running down; in every second and minute and hour the enemy loses more to their condemned causes. 

Hail we all! Will all the sinners experience the rage of Apollo shaking the outliers to the cores of the Earth; may all liars burn into ashes and cinders under his mighty power from the Sun.
