Eclipsi Civil War kicks off

Earlier today, explosions went off in the Southeast region of the Eclipse Empire. A rebel group known as "Panem" has claimed they have taken control. Why they have chosen a name based off of a nation from a movie? Currently, no one is sure. Emperor Tactical and his general, Mason Windaro, have called in the military to put end this foolishness.

According to anonymous sources, the rebels may have named themselves "Panem" to mock the Empire for apparently being a tyrannical dictatorship. Emperor Tactical and his predecessor, Emperor Solarrk, have both done nothing but help the citizens of their Empire. The rebels may not like taxes, may want attention, or may want power. It is unclear.
