Quitting PnW

Four years of Politics and War has taught me one thing- this is a game. It started for me as a random first timer on the internet, getting trolled and such for different reasons. I didn't have stable internet connection then and most of the time spent in VM. And with not much attachment, I decided to delete. 1 year of playing Politics And War and I had already decided to delete. 

Shortly after, maybe a week or two atmost, I was back in the game. Better than the last time I played if I could say so myself. Did some things, decided it's becoming boring and quit again. Besides, exams and academics were beginning to take some toll on me as well. Second time in two years. I had departed the game.

The third time I came back was after a slightly longer break of a few months, shortly after my exams were over. And this time around, I played for much longer. And then I quit again seeing the game going into anarchy due to a trigger-happy admin doing things without any sort of care for the game, I decided that the only course left was to permanently depart. 

After this, I'd be gone for over a year, coming back now as you can see it, in my current account. There were reasons to retur and those who know will know. Those who don't, you guys dont need to sweat the details. By now, I had grown tired of the game, playing it only because I had made friends here which I could keep in touch by playing. That and making people rage was funny too. 

Sadly, a carefree guy, who didn't care about his own "nation", didn't hold back his mind from his tongue on topics, and one who didn't take the political side of things seriously at all, doing things as he pleased without a care for others, was not something people liked in the wider circles. People have called this a Pirate Attitude. And having been singled out as a problem child and a pirate, I found my interactions with Orbis to be pretty limited.

But being the carefree type, I didn't really care about these things. But now I realize, it wasn't me being carefree. It was me hiding in my shell deeper. And what this did was get me disinterested in the game even more. Currently, as it stands, I have thought of just deleting again. Many people would say "Then do it", some might even be happy with me gone haha(sure was a menace, this me). But I've decided I'm going to stay on. However, that shell, I'm going to be hiding in its deepest parts now. 

If you read this, thanks? If you didn't, then how are you here? Anyway, the crux is, I'm not going to quit. But I'm also not going to play. The choice is mine and I strictly am going to adhere by it with no scope for foreign interference.
