Even Dmzri meets with Zach I of Zacharia to discuss defensive military movements. 

Zach I and President Dmzri met in the city of Duronia , Zacharia just yesterday in a high profile diplomatic meeting concerning military positions the two nations both held.

The two TAP nations have been working closely together to provide secure water ways for both nations and allies across the world, as well as defending each other.

Dmzri proposed a military corps between the two nations to provide a more organized defense in the region, however Zacharias military officials have pledged their military allegiance only to TFP and have denied the proposal.

While most details of the meeting are hidden, we do have a few.

Even: "Im glad to be meeting with you to discuss these matters Zach the first of Zacharia."

Zach I: “Greetings from Zacharia. I am happy to be meet up with you.”

No other dialogue was released to the press but an image of military positions in the eastern Atlantic before the movement agreements was released.
