Socialist Communist Kah Republic Celebrates Reestablishment Day!

On the 22nd of March 2073, the official and reinstated government of the Socialist Communist Kah Republic, held celebrations for the government and nation's reestablishment as a proper republic, while additionally marking an end to 7 long years of forced fascist occupation. 

At 11am on 29 September 2065, the Octic Pure Gear Revolution (OPGR) had overthrown the official Kah government, and locked the entire nation under a fascist Octic rule. The people of the republic were enslaved by the OPGR and made to obey them under a one-party fascist dictatorship style of government, orchestrated by Pyle Wytt, a self proclaimed "Supreme Führer". Pyle Wytt was responsible for snowballing the entire fascist movement, beginning from xenophobic and racist campaigns, to murdering immigrants, and finally, launching a coup by having sent people to infiltrate the government as officials and carrying out the attacks on the government from within. While some were indoctrinated and bribed, most were spies within the government. Pyle Wytt's racist and xenophobic campaign used immigrants and other cultures as scapegoats for the nation's first terrorist attack encountered - which led to the death of 2,040 Kah soldiers and the nation into declaring a state of emergency. His methods of manipulation and using scapegoats made him relatable to a considerable amount of the population, which is predominantly white Russian. 

After launching the coup and overthrowing the official Kah government from its position, Pyle Wytt attempted to solidify the OPGR's position by slaughtering Kah government officials cruelly, held annual celebrations and falsified the execution of the Overseer, Duckerson Laural, with a body double. He also forced the people into participating in international conflicts - supporting more fascist revolutions like that in the Sovereign Order of America, in an attempt to establish allies by any illegal means deemed necessary. The OPGR also made contact and regular communications with the ColdListanian government. 

7 years since the beginning of the coup, the Kah government was preparing to mount a liberation of the nation. The exiled government had been constantly planning, communicating, reorganising, coordinating and preparing for a mounted assault on the OPGR fascists. Due to the swiftness of the coup, the government and its people quickly escaped to other friendly countries like Ennomeria and North India. However, the exiled had no resources to immediately head back so the government spent the last 7 years building up companies to buy the necessary resources. The exiled government also conducted material scavenging within the OPGR governed regime to build and construct armoured vehicles, as well as weapons of all sorts. This was the reason for the "increase in crime rates" and disappearance of mechanics as it was all a mere coverup for the final preparations to liberate the country. 

The official Kah government, now having reestablishing control over the Republic, decided to commemorate the fall of the OPGR regime by holding the nation's first ever Reestablishment Day ceremony. The government invited esteemed guests from the nations of the Republic of Filuji, the Elysian Empire, the Austro-Hungarian Empire, the Republic of Ennomeria and the Republic of North India to attend the ceremony, along with all the resistance fighters, soldiers and generals involved. A public ceremony - involving a morning parade, an evening beer and music festival, an all day carnival and a lunch food buffet, were all held for free using the expenses of those were heavily involved in the OPGR fascist coup, as well as some earning made when the government was in exile. Following the morning parade, the specially invited guests were brought into the official government building located in the capital Ruzberg for a private lunch party which involved presenting awards to countries and leaders and fighters of the 3 main resistance groups, Secularity, the True Nordic Cross and the Secular Turkic Resistance, as well as those lost in the war. at 6pm in the evening, the guests were brought out to the national parade ground infront of the capitol building, and ate dinner under the sun setting sky, whilst a movie was played via a projector for all to enjoy. The melodies of laughter and cheering could be heard across the republic as people celebrated the reestablishment of the original government and the end of a 7 year long fascist coup regime. As time approached closer to midnight, the state television began its live broadcast from the aforementioned dinner party held by the government for guests. The Overseer had this to say, "Dear citizens of the Socialist Communist Kah Republic, we have done it! We have done it! We have won! We have won! We have quelled the evil fascist forces of the Octic Pure Gear Revolution, and cleansed our streets of their bloodbath of a regime! My dear, wonderful friends, at long last, we the citizens of the Socialist Communist Kah Republic have restored the original days of glory, which be the days our nation existed. The state of order has been reestablished, the government has been reestablished, society has been reestablished. As Overseer of the Socialist Communist Kah Republic, I vow to never allow such a horrible act in our existence repeat itself - never again! WE HAVE WON! WE HAVE WON! " People across the Republic clapped and cheered in such a joyous occasion. The camera then switches to another scene, this time a bunch of statues and objects glorifying Pyle Wytt and his regime could be seen in a tall pile, stacked unsteadily. At the bottom of the mountain, his portrait. Guests, resistance fighters, leaders and both local and foreign soldiers took turns pouring gasoline all over the pile, inserting dynamite and gunpowder in every crook and crevice available. Once done, all took a step back about 50m away surrounding the mountain pile. The camera takes one last close shot of the pile, then zooms out. The Overseer looks into the camera, smiles, and throws a lit match onto a line of gunpowder. The fire sizzles its way to the mountain pile, and suddenly, the pile erupts in flames and explosions. A flagpole in front had the flag of the Octic Pure Gear Revolution pulled down, and that of the Socialist Communist Kah Republic raised, as a jazz band plays some tunes. Fireworks launched across the Republic as the pile glazed like a bonfire, marking a ceremonious end to the OPGR regime and the end of Reestablishment Day.
