China is ready to counter the Zrabies Virus.

Today President Chang Huang at a recent military parade told China and the world the following.


"Compatriots, in the past years many wonderful and quite odd things have happened, from the destruction of the world order we knew when we were younger, from the collapse of most Nations into some form of civil war or breakup, to the birth and rebirth of many new Nations, from warlords, to limited nuclear warfare between Nation states, however during these crazy times the Republic of China, the very same Republic established in 1911 survived and has not only survived but has managed to retake the mainland and finally defeat the communists that have enslaved the Homeland, after this we helped those who needed it, we helped Poland in it's own struggle with warlord bandits, fascists, communists, we saw the young Nation of Texas again raise it's head among the Nations and we helped it walk the path of true democracy, we saw Russia go from a divided and suffering land into a United Republic once more.

We defeated the neo imperialist and total monarchist regime that took root in Japan and we and our allies helped the suffering Japanese people and we restored democracy and we stood as honorable grandchildren of our forefathers who defeated imperialism in the past.

but today we face a new threat, one that any sain man would think could only exist in the realms of fiction.

According to several Nations a new Virus has risen the  Zrabies Virus. . . and if we are to be blunt while they are not undead they are basically zombies and they are not much different from the ones in movies or video games, Infection is spread by bites and by body fluids and infected people are hostile and they will attack anyone they see.

We will not be restricting any of the people's freedom of speech, travel movement or the press, as doing so would be a violation of my oath of office as well as the very concept of a democratic and Republican system of government.

However all people who travel into China will be checked for the virus and be made to stay in quarantine for a week, and anyone found to be infected will be taken to a special treatment center for the infected, i am not a doctor and we are still unaware of what the Virus can do, and soon there will be a press release that will go into more depth on the Virus, currently China and other Nations are working on how to cure or stop the Virus dead in it's tracks, it is my hope that we will be able to cure those who are infected as so far we know that while infected persons are overcome with rage there is no sign of permanent brain damage.

I will also be putting the military on alert and trainings will be done to better deal with the virus.


But do not fear my compatriots. But be alert and be wary.

Long live the Republic of China!"



Currently the Chinese military is stockpiling supplies and is conducting trainings to deal with the infection, as well as the Medical services stockpiling medical supplies and production of restraints for potential infected as well as sedatives and protective armor for medical workers that  may have to treat infected persons.
