A LETTER FROM QUEEN ROSEMARY.

Sent directly to The Royal Pigeon Service and written in her own hand. We fear for our dear Queen at this terrible hour. From the contents of the letter it is undeniable that she is very ill... and in no fit state govern the situation at this time... We are astonished that her mother did not let a doctor tend her. What astonishes us even more is her most heart breaking declaration of love for The Earl of York. It would appear it was the  fever that has caused her to write with such desperation... yet we cannot help but see some deeper sadness in the Queen. The Rebels should be utterly ashamed of themselves. We hope that her call for help is answered by Lord Meriwether himself. but all seems very unlikely now as no word has been received from him.

"What should I do? They have come here to remove me and... all I can do is stay in my study... where He left me. If this letter reaches York... Please do come to my aid for I am lost and I feel a spell of delirium break through me as if my whole being were in terrible fever. My mother has joined the side of those awful men and now I do declare I am quite alone with no support for my cause. I have sent this letter out via the messaging service and hope that it reaches the Public as soon as possible. I do declare that I had prepared for a revolt of this kind... but the number of men that are outside the castle are so great in number... I fear they should throw me out! I feel so very ill at this hour and the rupture of fever will overtake my soul... oh where are you? You said you would not leave me here... you have left me and I fear you shall never return. I am a lost helpless ghost without you. Meriwether  I love you. I have always loved you.... "

The nation is preparing for a change in government as the Monarchs surrender seems likely. The rebellion is surrounding  the castle as confirmed by the Royal messaging company... We do not have any report of conflict yet.
