While on a Afrikan Safari, a traveling Ayylien came across a local villager from the village of Afrika Korps. After befriending many of the other villagers, it was hard for the Ayylien to return to his home planet of the Black Knights, so he bestowed the gift of paper upon them before continuing his journey home. Article 1: Poachers are not okayy In the event that poachers cross into Afrika Korps land, the Black Knight’s Ayylien will return with many friends to destroy the poachers, unless the villagers accidentally invited the evil poachers. The Ayyliens have their own anti-poaching defenses so the villagers are not obligated to assist the Black Knights if poachers cross into their lands. Classified Security Update Security upgrades have been completed. Upgrades included an updated firewall and antivirus program. It would also include a security measure that would increase the alert time so tracing to commence sooner and if needed deploy reply to the threat with a virus. Chip Update We've had a complaint of a criminal who escaped. He was chipped but his tracker was being disrupted. Thankfully he also wasn't very smart, so he was recaptured before it became an issue. Religious Conflict Again, calls for a national religion has been brought up. Budget Concerns With Wintery's desire to expand and increase security, it was no surprise that costs would be an issue especially when Wintery decided to get involved with the Laurentian War. Discussions of adding to the budget have been met with issue as there have been heated debates to cut instead. Right now that's not an option for us and another round of discussions are planned to happen. The Emperor Personally As you've heard the emperor has been under a lot of mental pressure. The rumors are correct. He's like the empress in this way. Talks with his brother-in-law and Princess Lucia have revealed that they'll be convincing him to take a break and remain out of the spotlight for a bit. Of course this means Tenchi will step in as he's the better suited to help lead with any military matters. This also means chances of success for this to work will be low. Alert Raised With confirmation of a WMD used in Vietnam, the emperor has recently given a statement condemning the action and has issued a warning against the nation. As such, he has also raised the alert level and applies this especially to the kingdom's coast. Bases are told to prepare for any possible confrontation and to also follow up on his order to shoot down any Commonwealth ship or plane that comes close. He also issues the following statement to citizens: "I ask you do not panic, for now this is a precaution. We ask you continue with your daily lives but be prepared to evacuate if necessary. Again I ask you do not panic." How long the alert will be raised no one is sure. More Tanks and Knightmares Made Real Another shipment of tanks purchased from Germany have just arrived and training with them have commenced with hopes of them being put into service soon. Until then, Knigtmare Frames have been put into official service and have been given their stations. Training Up North As the kingdom expands, so must its security. Wintery realizing it needed to also train citizens they annex to protect their own borders but needing more manpower have managed to start training due to help by its German allies. While the emperor has made it clear he won't be overbearing its allies again has decided to enact a policy that would start immediate enlistment of citizens who are annexed into the armed forces. The policy will mean retraining soldiers within the provinces to work together with the kingdom soldiers and opening enlistment to those who wish to join the ranks.
