Illegal Forgeiners will increase crime , increase food comsumption, increase Pollution, decrease approval, decrease Revenue, and decrease Resource production. "Illegal Immigrants" are a separate factor to "Population". You cannot enlist them and they do not count towards your "Population", they just sit there and waste your resources. Every turn, One illegal foreigner spawns with a two Citizen one foreigner ratio. Nations on vacation mode cannot spawn illegal immigrants, per day The amount of illegal immigrants that spawn are identical to your nation score. You can do the following actions to get rid of them, The policies are mostly cheap but take the standard time. Furthermore, You must pay prices. Martial law - 5,000,000 , 100 oil Slows Pollution and crime rates. Enacting this will halve your Approval rating. Mass Deportation 2,000,000 200 gasoline Deports three fourth of the Illegal immigrants every month, however it wont stop them from spawning. Enacting this will Halve your approval rating. Assimilation 10,000,000 , 100 of every resource exepect food Turns the illegal immigrants to citizens in a two foreigner one Assimilated ratio. Heres the one for the trumpists A Huge, Huge, HUUUUGE wall 15, 000 , 000 and 400 steel, 200 iron. Stops illegal immigrants.
