What's wrong with being competent?

 

 

Following the glorious cultural, religious and score victories booked by the the deadly joke, grey eminence Fraggle of Fraggle rock was sent as the victors' chosen emissary to negotiate a peace agreement with the defeated forces of the Inquisition. Through no fault of her own however, the esteemed Fraggle of Fraggle Rock was unable to broker an agreement as she was met with ominous silence. Later, a clear message was communicated to Jester forces: No peace was to be had for the foreseeable future. Girthful Buorhann the Barbarian and his companions were to be punished for daring to defy the hivemind's hegemonic ambitions.

And so,  Kayser, Bane of stagnation, Destroyer of Blobs, Builder of trust, Breaker of treaties, Wagger of Fingers, Sheriff of Orbis and Champion of Dynamism rallied scattered inquisition reinforcements in a strike on Arrgh combatants in the war for Dynamism.

The Cops Radiant were rushed on scene to apprehend key target  Blubear, before he could execute phase 2 of his rogue plan to provide military relief to the Terminal effort. Further preemptive attacks were conducted on arrgh members suspect of being capable of assistance.

This Radiant intervention comes at the heel of previously reported attempts at politically sabotaging the Terminal war, and falls in line with reported passive endorsements of the guineapig mastermind.

Terminal Jest recognizes the necessity for The Knights Radiant to sacrifice destabilizing elements in the game for the purpose of building bridges of trust with the inquisition. It goes without saying that without a grand gesture of this magnitude, our collective hopes and dreams for a better, more dynamic Orbis are lost.

We at Terminal Jest are thankful for the Knights' continued commitment to a dynamic, entertaining and warlike Orbis. The assault on arrgh is not the only resounding success booked during this crusade for minispheres, inter-sphere warfare and political activity. Sources have confirmed that The Knights Radiant's reputable "Hawkishness self-help hotline" succesfully managed to avert a potential disaster recently:

The escalation of such a war could have been a threat to the very political fabric of this brave new political order.

This brings us to the first official portion of this broadcast:

Terminal Jest officially issues a Recognition of Dynamism towards The Knights Radiant. Your efforts are understood, appreciated and reciprocated. You are a shining beacon in a dark stagnant work, and your tireless effort to salvage this barren political wasteland is inspirational to us all. We can not fathom the constant anxiety you must feel as you take the vast weight of the many sins of the shattered status quo upon your shoulders and lead us towards new, better beginnings with no motive or agenda beyond the structural adherence to your noble and honorable code of chivalry.

To that end, Terminal Jest glady sacrifices Bluebear and Arrgh as a martyr to the cause of dynamism.

On to our the second and final point of this broadcast!

During what was dubbed a war on piracy, Cerberus government engaged in hostilities against a Terminal Jester. Following a Terminal request for clarification on the status of relations between our alliances, Cerberus government was quick to classify relations as peaceful, and the aggression as a "raid". No peace was offered however, and Terminal Jest officials were told that the rest of government "did not care". The irony of Cerberus government engaging in raiding activities while conducting a war on raiders is not lost on us.

With all the above in mind, Terminal Jest recognitzes that an official state of hostilities exists between its member nations and Cerberus.

Partisan you like to do a lot of shit talking about the effectiveness or dynamism of other alliance's FA directions but let's take a look at your track record since leaving t$. The only conflicts you've been involved in since leaving The Syndicate were fighting wars where you had an overwhelming tier advantage and you knew your enemy couldn’t muster up a good defense (oh and you were the 50th person to hit Valkyrie congrats).

You've accomplished literally nothing else since then except giving billions in loans to the hegemony you now oppose. I'd say that's ample evidence you always desperately needed the direction of people like Jr, Thrax, and Chaunce to get anything done.

So in other words, he played it smart for an alliance that didn't have the numbers compared to TKR and NPO like alliances?  The ones that mass recruit?

That tends to happen when someone wants to take a break from politics and just sit on his ass.  Not quite sure why you want to take away his efforts in Syndicate, or use his latest efforts in Hogwarts/Terminal Jest as a means to criticize his efforts from Syndicate.

I could also argue that he had put more of an effort towards Inquisition than anyone else since the last major war.

But let's get back to the crux of your post here...

I was part of Syndicate towards their building of Syndisphere, and I was a major opinionated voice there.  I can easily say that Partisan was a huge factor in Syndicate's success, so to use his recent shenanigans of shitposting and criticism as a means to attack his efforts while in Syndicate - that's severely short sighted.

 

If we want to compare the names you've listed to Partisan's efforts, we could do that.  I can tell you a lot of stuff, but I would say you're not doing them a favor by attacking Partisan this way with using them.

Now don't get me wrong, Partisan has made his fair share of mistakes that you could point out and attack him with, but using his time in Syndicate or his efforts for that alliance - you're going to lose that argument very easily to the point of embarrassing yourself with the lack of knowledge there.

If you want to criticize him on his knowledge of FA or anything related to that - I'd say he's one of the better people to learn from, either from his success or mistakes.

He certainly had a a lot of success in FA/the formation of syndisphere and that was admittedly an intentional barb on my part. That is definitely not the crux of my post though

Ok, fine, let's put it this way then.  From what I gathered, he wanted to do something different than from his time in Syndicate.  If he was to apply what he did in Syndicate with Hogwarts, he'd be "successful" there too.  Instead he wanted to be a wildcard, and considering that he has plotted against both major spheres and assisted both spheres - I'd say he was moderately successful with that.  Not to the extent of TEst, but roughly on the same path.

I don't agree. He is projecting himself/his alliance as a hero against the hegemony when he is in large part responsible for that hegemony's growth. His alliance is bragging about the damage they are doing which is a fraction of the billions in loans he has provided. This is the hypocrisy I am pointing out

The hero shtick is a joke.  The conflict was a means to wake up the community with funny and trolling posts.  The loans he gave Inquisition, if I recall, occurred before TKR left EMC and was most likely a means to help encourage growth/rebuild for any future conflict for community involvement.
