Looks like either your alliance or you managed to upset quite a few folks and they're keeping you locked down.  Been treated like that before quite a few times, heh.

I also see quite a few failures in there.

4 nukes got removed out of 55 spy ops (Granted not all focused on Nukes)

You seemed to have a period of peace between the end of Oct/beginning of Nov.  Also the end of Dec/beginning of Jan.

You also managed to catch 8 different nations spying on you.

Black Knights, Zodiac, Dragonstone, and The Fighting Pacifists are the alliances that targeted you.  Obviously there could be more, but those are the ones known.  So now you have a couple of options here - diplomacy or war.

I'm actually surprised this hasn't occurred much earlier in Arrgh's (or yours) history given the playstyle.

If this refers to the spy attacks, then yes, they’ve occurred perpetually against quite a few members for a significant period of time. (Not that that’s necessarily a bad thing, I was in Arrgh!, and even I can understand the — very valid — motives behind spying us)

That's because people still don't know that they cannot spy out freshly made nukes.
