RELIGIOUS REGULATIONS.

The Supreme Council has agreed to pass the National Religious Regulation's law called "Civil Protection from unlawful Religious acts". The Soviet Union agree's that religion can be used as a tool to harm the free loving workers of the motherland, and has forbid any religions that are not approved by the Supreme Council. Here is the following terms to the new law:

 

• Religious leaders must be approved by the Communist Party of the Soviet Union. Religious leaders will also have to be a member of the Communist Party.
• For a new religion to be added to the Approved list, the religious leader must present their case to the Supreme Council and the General Secretary of the Communist Party
• Religious Leaders are only allowed to preach inside approved locations. Any Religious leader or citizen caught preaching outside an approved location, they will spend 150 days in jail, and a fine that will not exceed 50,000.
• Religious Leaders will not be permitted to cause internal conflicts via propaganda. Any religious leaders caught shall lose their permit to be a religious leader and will be sentenced to the Reeducation Centers known as the Gulags.
• Any citizens caught worshipping an unauthorized religion shall spend 30 days in jail and receive of a fine that will not exceed 2,500. 

The Law also bans the practice of animal sacrifices, human sacrifices and witchcraft practices. 

 

Economic and Foreign Affairs!

 

The Soviet Union, Ukraine and Khazastianian Governments met and negotiated an agreement with Imperium. 

The agreement goes as followed:
-Imperium will have exclusive mining rights of 75% of the Titanium in Ukraine and Khazakista
- The mining facilities shall be monitored by the Soviet Inspectors working in behalf if the Soviet Union's main mining committee 
- The Imperium agrees to use local only workforce
- The Imperium shall increase the GDP by 35 billion every year
- The Imperium agrees to the Soviet Union's safety Requirements 
- The Imperium agrees to broadcast Pro-communist broadcast in the mining facility 
- The Imperium agrees to defend these provinces with Auxiliary support and a minimum security force that will be stationed to defend Imperium mines.

 

Renting Agreement:

- The Imperium will pay 125 billion annually. 

- The Imperium will pay once a year on February 1st, and have a Grace period of 5 days, afterwards a late charge of 500$ will be charged, and 100$ charge for every day of non payment. 

- The Soviet Union may inspect lands and facilities at anytime, however must give a 24 hour notice before showing up. 

- The Soviet Union can only cancel the lease if the Supreme Council votes to end the lease. If the Soviet Supreme Council cancels the lease, future charges will be dropped. 

- If the Imperium wishes to cancel the Lease, they must pay a cancellation fee. The fee is 25% of the remaining balance for the entire lease. 

- If Imperium fails to pay the rent for 30 days, The Supreme Council can agree to evict the Imperium from these lands, and the Imperium will still be responsible for the payment of that month or Annual charge.

- The Soviet Union will ensure electricity, water and other basic necessities are kept open during the lease, and will cover 50% of the costs. The rest will be billed to Imperium. 

- An added term, unique to this agreement The Soviet Union agrees to not arrest or detain Imperium Administrators on rented Lands and allows Imperium state employees to own and operate firearms.

- Imperium citizens agree to follow local and federal Soviet Laws when in Soviet Soil. The Soviet Union will agree to give the defendant a fair trial, and will be given a lawyer, paid by the State if they cannot afford one themselves. 

 

 

 

The Supreme Council believes this agreement has further increased relations between the Soviet Union and Ukraine, which are currently in diplomatic talks about adding Ukraine to the Union.

The Soviet Union is working tirelessly to encourage these nations to join the Union in Eastern Europe on bid of diplomatic ties to protect the Soviet Union from foreign threats, for example, The Austrians. Poland and Ukraine both have voiced their concerns, and have repeatedly asked for military defense from the Soviet Union, however Natalia Poklonskaya has stated that a sole military defense agreement is not beneficial to Russia, and is pushing for these nations to join the USSR. With this deal, we believe it will give Moscow the political might necessary to achieve this goal.

"The Imperium will help to develop these provinces as best we can, while we receive the resources from these mines. These resources are of paramount importance to us. As such, anyone who attempts to disrupt the flow of titanium will be treated as a hostile, and appropriate recourse will occur."

A team of Soviet officials would be brought in, while a team of Resorian experts and officials would be flown in with the appropriate equipment. A document describing the intended design of the structure had already been forwarded and approved by the appropriate governments, and construction would begin immediately as local construction companies were brought in, and 215,000 locals would be sought after to work the mines after construction is finished, and offered $35 an hour. There would be 3 shifts a day, with 8 hours in each shift to ensure that they would work around the clock. 

The structures will have a MAC platform emplacement, capable of firing 2,200 miles away. It will have 2,300 archer missile pods for anti-air and surface to surface bombardment. It will have 26 rotary laser defense weapons, 180 110mm autocannons, 360 M8 Turrets, barracks for 12,000 infantry with 50 longswords, 1,200 Berack-IIs, and 350 Scorpion Tanks.
