Game is pretty much dead unless IQ is waiting for EZM top tier become semi inactive and then hunt them down........

If that's not the case I have no idea why even people are bothered about treaties

With the lack of any ambition or action going on, what's the idea behind you folks signing treaties?

>implying we're all calloused, jaded, and tired of the shenanigans of this game and are basically living it out as we would in CURRENT YEAR because RL politics and war is just too much to deal with so we need a safe space away from that madness

>acting like people have ambition these days

rt there are a fair amount of people who have ambition, but they have circumstances disallowing them from being dynamic atm...

but in regards to EMC or IQ, both have said publicly they wont strike first so idk go bother them

The answer is nothing.

Pacifica & Puppets are doing nothing. Everyone else is waiting on them to do something because the stats are skewed enough to scare basically everyone into paralysis.

Unfortunately, Pacifica & Puppets will only continue growing and their blanket nation count superiority will eventually turn into tier superiority. But forward thinking is hard.

Imagine a world where

If you didn’t like a person, alliance or action, you could declare war on  said person or alliance, or if you’re too spooked to go for it, you could pay someone like @Ripper to do it for you.

People often yell and complain about how there’s no action, it’s all politics and treaties. If you ignore the treaties and attack people regardless, you’d probably be countered by the alliance’s treaties.

Good!

You get your action, you get the war, the excitement, you don’t have to complain about treaties impeding your gameplay anymore, and you can make your statement clear that you don’t like them or what they’re doing.

The Declare War button was always there. Just don’t forget that.

Hahahahahaahaha

This is the best because it's incredibly sensible but it's also coming from Zeebrus. She literally writes fanfiction about other players having mountain asses, and yet still has more sense than you.

Get it together, people in this game. :D

The same thing Mensa did when they were on top signing their treaties.

You mean after we also instigated wars and played the antagonist role?  Yeah, you're clearly doing that.

You're implying Kastor isn't an antagonistic person? o.O

At the end of the day, it's a self-perpetuating cycle.

People who we consider fun, exciting alliances run out of things to do and they get bored and go inactive. Boring leaders come in, the people content with growing pixels forever and think buying the next city is the most fun thing in the game, and they end up reinforcing the boring atmosphere.

This stifles the exciting people from moving up in power because they don't want to invest time in a boring game. Even when someone gets into power that wants to do new things, they can't because no one else wants to.

It's why MMO's release expansions. It's why the game needs to be reset every couple of years.

As someone who is protected by Fark, I can say with certainty that you don't know what you're talking about when it comes to Nuke Bloc. I mean it seems like you're just bashing people for not initiating wars. Which is fine, I agree people need to be initiating wars. But you can't just do it willy nilly without a plan. As for KT, they can't afford to just go around initiating wars if they want to stay around because they'll just be dogpiled into submission or disbandment. Same with every other alliance that tries to initiate anything. Dogpiles upon dogpiles and then OWF shitposts is all you have to look forward to if you initiate anything nowadays. That is, unless you're IQ or EMC. But as you mentioned, they aren't doing shit except consolidating. EMC just complains about how big IQ is getting and cowers in fear, and IQ can't do shit right now because they're clearly not prepared.

To put a little plug in for Stratagem here, we strongly believe in initiating wars or at least instigating people. People call us out for our "pointless" drama but the reality is, a mostly irrelevant micro is the only one actually causing any drama. We were two days old and we tried causing some shit. Same with the other micros. We want things to happen and we're trying. But at the end of the day we can't do much.

SGM posted 1 thread causing drama and people actually were mad that we were trying to cause drama. The very same people who say how boring this game is were telling us how stupid it was to cause drama in public. There's the real problem.
