Umbrella-Wintery Business Deal

The Umbrella Corporation and the Government of Wintery have agreed to a business deal that will allow the Umbrella Corporation to take control over their healthcare facilities and pharmacies. The remodeling of the facilities have already begun as Temporary staffing takes over the work while the local's go through extensive training. Once the training is complete, the Umbrella Corporation agrees to allow the local teams to return to work and pull out the temporary staff. We also agreed to have a constant shipment of medical supplies.

 

"The Umbrella Corporation and the Government of Wintery have agreed to the following terms of these contracts:

Article I: The Government of Wintery agrees to allow Umbrella to hold facilities as such as hospitals, clinics and pharmacies. The Government of Wintery also agrees to not add tarrifs to the Company, and in return, The Umbrella Corporation hereby takes over administration and budget of the Wintery's Healthcare Sector. With Umbrella taking over the expenses of the Healthcare, The Government of Wintery agreed to set up a small tax of transactions inside Wintery. The Government of Wintery will also allow Open Borders to ensure that Umbrella Security Service Teams can defend our shipments, and protect our customers and patients. The Umbrella Corporation agrees to limit the Umbrella Security Service Teams in Wintery to Small Arms and lightly Armoured Humvees to protect the Shipments inside Wintery's borders.

 

Article II: The Umbrella Corporation agrees to fully fund any Wintery's citizens that wish to enter the Medical field if they fit the criteria. The Umbrella Corporation also agrees to allow the citizens of Wintery that have income lower than the Medical costs will have access to relief efforts from the UmbrellaCare Foundation. 

Article III: The Umbrella Corporation and the Government of Wintery both agree to these terms, and the only way to void this Contract is via an Arbitrary Court set by the Umbrella Corporation.
