Egyptian Empire

Egypt, a mythical land, hallowed. Over it’s history has seen the rise and fall of multiple Empires and nations. Petty rivalries between the settlements of the region had been on the rise. The City-States that lined the nation were headed to war. Asmir Anubis, a young man, said to be born of the God Anubis himself. He would come to be Lord Protector of Cairo, and with his City, he expanded and created a born again society based on the beliefs of ancient Egypt. He dreamed of reuniting the Empire that once ruled as far as the eye could see. It, was his destiny to reunite the lands that would become an Empire to stand the test of time. His Empire.

Uniting of the Empire
Starting with Asmir being born into a poor family, after rescuing the daughter of the then Lord Protector of Cairo. He would be brought into the family that ruled the City-State. After years of training as a warrior. Asmir would become General of the Cairo Guard. After the previous Lord Protector died. He married the daughter that he had once rescued, and with that he became the Lord Protector and immediately sought to unite all the City-States. He raised a mighty Army, and marched them from settlement to settlement. Claiming one after another. Eventually all of former Egypt as on his side, and then he expanded more. But after a crisis at Cairo erupted he had to return home and his Army was set to just defend his new found Empire. He would name himself Pharaoh of Egypt.

Today
Though Egyptian propaganda would have you believe that Pharaoh Anubis is well liked, but on the contrary. His dictatorial leadership and the thought of a monarchy ruling the nation hasn’t sat well with the people. Though relative peace exists throughout the empire. Political issues have begun to evolve and revolution may be on the rise. Though the Pharaoh has started to crack down on crime and riots etc.
