 Throughout the system, it was... silent. Or at least, it was without any equipment. In actuality, on the farthest edge of the system, a massive fleet would be detected by the strongest telescopes and sensors. It could also be noted that they were based at some kind of facility near a planet. Suddenly, the ships disappeared, and reappeared behind the moon of Orbis, and a message was sent out as hundreds of thousands, if not millions of small ships were dispatched to surround the planet.
 "Attention to the natives of Samekh III, or as you refer to it... Orbis. This planet, as well as all lifeforms on it, is now under control of the Akaatan Imperium, and by extension, his Immortal Majesty, Emperor Zayin Jen Taral. You are hereby ordered to stand down until further notice as we prepare for landfall. Glory to the Emperor! Glory to the Empire!" the message said as it was dispatched across the system. In the mean time, soldiers aboard the ships prepared for landfall...

*The Regime acting quickly aimed the RSS Missiles at the mother ship while also deploying all 700 T-Spheres and 1k IFOs all surrounding the RSS and preparing to engage. Meanwhile planetside the Regime aimed it's missile defenses up and scrambled 3 thousand IFO aircraft to be flying in defensive formations across the land. No direct response was given and the people were told it was simple an exercise though the regime stood ready to send the entire IFO fleet if need be.*

 A man entered a room aboard the vessel and activated a holopad. Before him stood Emperor Zayin Taral, whom he bowed before. Zayin would motion for him to stand, realizing that he wished to speak to him.
 "Te did vamme han- i message, mime héru. (They did not understand your message, my lord.)" the man said with reverence. "A sinya quetta should n- sent so i te lótesse han- us. (Perhaps we should send a new message so that they may understand)". he added. Zayin stood up and appeared closer to him and began to speak.
 "O nút... (Of course...)" Zayin said, solemnly. "Símen -yes na-: (Here it is:)" he would say before attempting to speak a language that had been all but lost to the Akaata. "Greetings... I am Emperor Zayin Jen Taral of the Akaatan Imperium. My forefathers had a vested interest in your world. In the past one-thousand years, we have kept to ourselves as we dealt with an empire in decline. It is only now that we are ready to return. We do not seek a war with anyone on this world. All we ask is that you stand down... and leave us to ourselves. There is no... need... for conflict... That is all." he would say with a heavy Akaatan accent. Upon saying this, the officer who entered would send the message to the natives on Orbis...

For millennia, humans would gaze up to the great sky above with wonder. We would ask 'Are there others out there?'. 'Are they friendly?'. Today, we have confirmation. We are not alone in the Universe. There is no need for conflict. We have more similarities than differences. Let's focus on our similarities.

In the years you have watched us, you may have witnessed our more violent tendencies. In recent years, we have tried to put our embarrassing past behind us. But if there's one thing that humans have in common, it's that we'll never peacefully submit to anyone for long. You have more to gain from us from peaceful trade.

This is a First Contact situation, and so we wish to learn about your language, your culture, your technology. This is no need for war. Now is the time for a lasting friendship, as we work together on a galactic stage, to build something more than the sum of our parts.

The point wasnt to cause hard feelings but to prepare the regime should war break out.
