After repeated attempts by Germany to push the European Union into a more direct and actionable phase. German Special Envoy to the European Union Klemens Korczak gave the letter of withdrawal by the German Bundesprasident.

The President Office released this statement

"We are disheartened by the withdrawal of Germany, however, we do not have any faith or commitment to the current EU Proposal. If Member States refuse to work or discuss our issues and "Ditch" EU Meetings. Then we will not take the EU seriously. The EU Building in Berlin will be completed to serve a future purpose for the German Government. Germany is dishearted by the moves of our fellow Europeans and their inaction. The future of Europe is for the strong, not the lazy. We are angered all those who have wasted our time with mere hopes of unity. Food does not come on the table, you need to earn it. Germany hopes the next time we or any EU proposal is made, that the future Member States are determined and ready to work."

The German Special Envoy and Foreign Minister left Cologne and canceled the upcoming Berlin Accords Signing. A watered down version from the Foreign Ministry said

"We are saddened by the withdrawal, but Germany's main interests now remain with our traditional allies of Britannia, Wintery, and Umbrella. As well as our close and dear TEA Partners with whom we share a great deal with. The EU Proposal has been a very difficult and treacherous task. We hope that when the time is right, Europe can form a union of brotherhood to withstand the pressure of the world and remain forefront in our technological and economic superiority."
