September 15, 2017 (Britannian Date)

For the last three days, Emperor Lelouch Vi Britannia has been in important talks with the Arabian Colonial Government. The Grand Sufi Order which was recently voted into office would be conducting one of the most important assignments in their history. Mainly due to the fact that Mog[Corp] has been threatening Britannian interests in Arabia, the military buildup had reached a peak point allowing one of the largest agreements to be passed. As of this message…The Holy Britannian Empire officially declares their intent to forcefully remove Mog[Corp] military personnel off of Arabia and into their legal bounds.

While not directly an act of war it is expected Mog[Corp] will consider it as such. However, The Holy Britannian Empire and their Arabian Colony would like to make it clear that the conflict will only remove Mog[Corp] military from Arabia, and force Mog[Corp] to allow the Suez to resume operations and respect the sovereignty of Britannian on the East Bank of Suez as they have respected Africa's sovereignty.

4:23 PM

Britannian-Arab Long Guns fired warning shots directly off the coast of Suez In Britannian Waters, near East Bank of Suez, and the Southern Tip of Arabia. No direct hits were planned but were merely to test range and accuracy in case Mog[Corp] refuses their warning.

Britannian Destroyers armed with anti-naval and anti-missile capabilities docked within a Kilometer of the Suez Canal directly in Britannian legal waters. They were backed by the Britannian-Arab Long Guns which were firing their warning shots.

The Arab Military moved alongside Britannian Destroyers by the coast of Arish directly towards the legal limits by Port Said.

Britannian-Arab Forces jointly pushed through Hasna before stopping short of the East Bank, they were mainly supported with a large amount of airpower.

  2lW9TdD.jpg

Britannian Forces also pushed the line of Nekhel resting once again at the legal borders between Britannia and Mog[Corp]

Further reports which have been unconfirmed suggest that prototype weapons will be brought in if Mog[Corp] chooses to take the violent route. These weapons are almost completed by Camelot, however, to assure the general public they will NOT be WMDs.

Quote

"Britannia and their Colony has decided we will not allow a foreign nation dictate our bounds and our limits. We will arm our legal borders in the air, land, and sea. If you have a problem with this, then we are ready for war.

As for Arabia...you will remove your forces and return to Africa or you will be treated as a threat and invasion force towards the Colony and Empire.

The Holy Britannian Empire joined by Arabian Armed Forces have begun to set up fortifications near the East Bank of Suez in order to properly establish their claim to the East Bank and the dividing line between Africa and the Middle East. More military will be moving along the roads to regroup with the rest of the main force. A G-1 Base is already in the process of being deployed on the border.

Orders have been issued to only fire when fired upon. All warning shots have ceased on both Britannian Claims and White Pockets.

However, extensive amounts of the military have been placed on the borders of Britannia's "Official" territory.

Quote

The Holy Britannain Empire will stop warning shots towards Mog[Corp] and will not attack their holdings. However, Britannia's official and legal claims to the East Bank will be displayed today as we camp with our military by the border at a safe distance.

Bloodshed is not our intent, the good of humanity is.

You need not comply, simply choosing your moves carefully is encouraged.

The Suez Canal would find itself rocked with explosions running from Port Said to the Suez Port, in a matter of 30 seconds the entire 120 mile canal system found itself turned into rubble. Repairing the damage would take a traditional nation years to recover, even with the full potential of the company recovery would take months of dedicated effort, and only then due to specialized equipment for such mega projects compared to other governments. Simultaneously the armies occupying SOE began their move northwest to their original target. "It appears our glorious Britannian overlords have thought it wise to force my hand, believing that I would not defend myself as promised. With this action they have chosen to bring the world down a path which recovery will take years. As of now the Med is now closed to all Britannian vessels, both military and civilian, along with the Malaccan economic zone. I afforded Britannia the status quo as a way to save face and still allow global trade to continue to flourish but it seems pride has cost the world trillions in potential trade and now any vessels wishing to go from Europe to Asia are going to have to come visit the !Xu for a while. Any nations attempting to break our blockade and assist in providing food or supplies to the Britannia Saudi colony will be considered an enemy and their vessels treated as enemies as well. Take note, allies of Britannia, I did not escalate this until my forces were fired upon, and consider the fact your ally was off conducting diplomacy with the vampire regime. Are you so sure they have your own interests at heart, or merely wish to further their own?"

Just like several days earlier, a mix of 43,680 missiles went flying, this time aimed at Britannian Saudi Arabian military targets, prioritizing airfields and radar stations, along with known air defense locations to eliminate the enemy's ability to respond in any realistically harmful manner. In the air, 30 squadrons of F-22s(A total of 360) crossed the Gulf of Aden or south from Extra Mainland divided into three waves, with four F/A-18s escorts to each(a total of 1440), acting as advance scouts to determine enemy air presence as subunits of four(making for three subunits per squadron) were hunter killers for any radars unfortunate enough to be operated and functional. AGM-88 HARM missiles would be the main weapon of choice, with a pair making up two of the eight missiles in each F-22, the rest a mix of air to air and air to ground missiles depending on the resistance they were going to run into. The fighters worked to ensure safe passage for the dozen squadrons of B-2 stealth bombers to drop their payloads timed to arrive shortly after the missile salvo from the pair of Trojan Whales and Trojan Hippos had landed to further eliminate military resistance, again mainly focused on airbases and radar facilities. Alongside the massive salvo heading towards the desert, a dozen BrahMos missles per Britannian vessel were launched from the corporation's own carrier group near Tunisia, providing a respectable distance but not enough that the missiles would not reach their targets, the stealthy missile design skimming along the waves, average 1-2 meters above the calmer waters of the Med with the intended goal of slamming into any Britannian vessels near the Suez.

Ground forces continued to close to the Britannian southern border, where an old model was finally used once more. Based off the Russian Krasukha-4 EW system, it was nicknamed the Sky Shroud, able to jam anything from ground based radar systems to drones or even LEO satellites, one of these would travel with each Brigade, affording them some protection from surveillance as they moved closer to the border. Multiple Cradle Launchers and G6 Rhinos would begin to lay down a barrage against the Britannian lines as the mechanized forces now had no reason to hold back from their target and finally remove the blight of the Britannian colony from the middle east once and for all.

The fast deployment of missiles caught the Britannian Armed Forces by surprise. The need to defend the missile would fall onto the Navy and Anti-Air. A priority would be made to quickly use the Iron Dome to judge the intended targets and eliminate the missiles with the highest chance of damaging important infrastructure. Civilian Targets were chosen first to avoid civilian deaths, followed by high-priority military targets.

In order to compensate for the air, Interceptors and Support VTOLs were deployed as a first wave, while the attack planes were sent to aid disrupting the main military's movement. Roads and passages into Arab Britannia were either destroyed or highly trapped. Not to mention surprises were left for any military moving through the area. As for the advancing Mog[Corp] military, thanks to short-range Sakuradite comms were able to begin Long-Gun firing on their position from a safe distance.

Britannian Planes regrouping following intense barrage.

kCLhLCm.png

Soldiers and Tanks retreated to a fortified position at the end of the barren desert to deny Mog[Corp] a chance to enter the city to refuel so long as the area was secured. Theoretically, putting death both behind and in front of Mog[Corp] military. This was put into effect both by Suez giving up much of the Sinai but fortifying a small strait of land between Mog[Corp] and Britannia. As for the other sides, bases were set up to deny Mog[Corp] on all directions and heavy support from the Air due to the fact the Container Ships would need to spend a lot more time to reach farther inland to aid their land troops.

Suez Reinforcement:

1hLZsgB.png

Not only were the Sakuradite comms able to replace the electric ones, they were immune to EMPS, at the cost of being more explosive if damaged. The comms were able to allow Britannian Long Guns situated by the coast and border to fire at Mog[Corp] ships or their advancing military and armour.

The Navy, however, took heavy losses as they helped fire on the incoming missiles before beginning to be hit by low-flying missiles. The Navy unable to fire back was supported from Long-Guns firing support shells at Mog[Corp] ships to cover the Navy's retreat. The order to fall back to Britannian Coasts was given as Britannian Destroyers laid their own traps to avoid Mog[Corp] ships from securing the coast.

Britannian Destroyers firing their weapons to stop Mog[Corp] Missiles:

4r4xGZS.png

As for the Attack Planes, what survived the barrage of missiles waited for the command to be deployed on the advancing armour and flesh. All the while Venice prepared to reinforce the coastline with more ships and more military. The reinforcements were kept under wraps as the entire Colony was effectively a military base. A classified amount of military hardware was prepared to leave to support the Britannians to avoid a Major Loss, but instead hurt Mog[Corp] militarily as much as they inflict.

Britannian Overlords has a nice ring to it, but I prefer Emperor of Britannia. A nation indifferent and willing to use words before guns. A nation who saved German Lives when it was clear they'd be killed.

Regardless of the outcome, win or loss. The world will know Mog[Corp]'s true face! At the blood of innocents, at the blood of family men and women, they will tell stories in the future. Britannia will not die here, Britannia will fight for the freedom for all.
We tried so hard...our only loss was we were not able to calm the beast of Africa, they did not want talks at the table, they only wanted blood.

However, these hands have been stained for a long time now. You're coming to fight me, hell I'll welcome it even.

Now Then!

The 800 marines that sat at the Suez were rather confused that the 10,000+ forces that opposed them suddenly retreated, but continued to drink and abuse their combat stimulants since they had done their job successfully and had expected to die by now.

Thankfully, due to the fact Saudi Arabia was a god damn desert, roads were not required to continue an advance, and by this point the second wave of air superiority fighters and escorts were launched and would soar to meet the interceptors and protect the advancing line of Brigade sized masses that began to push into Britannian territory, focusing on Mahd Al Thahab as the target for the tip of the spear. The masses were led by the hundred MBTs attached to each mechanized brigade, with SPAAGs and SAMs attached to MRAPs following closely to provide air defenses as the lines slowly moved north and northwest, with Cheetah MMPVs acting as advance scouts, to clear paths of mines or whatever other mentioned but not described surprises lay in wait.

The various carrier groups in the surrounding waters had no interest in securing the coastline since the only remaining entrance to the Mediterranean was under corporate control, the twenty four
Great White class attack submarines were given orders to sink anything with a Britannian flag upon it and civilian ships going to and from their colonies would soon find themselves the targets of torpedos. Rather then attempt to directly invade their european colony, it was far easier to send the 2nd fleet north from their location near Sicily to simply block off the Adriatic Sea and let their opponents come to them when they felt like it. In the Malacca economic zone a similar fate would come to any vessels flying a Britannia flag, along with ships attempting to go to or from their japanese colony, submarines taking down every vessel the AWACs from the carrier groups the hunter killer subs were attached to could locate.

With no harassment of supply lines, it was decided to continue to expand the military presence within Somalia and Yemen since their opponent lacked the ability to reinforce easily, it would become a battle of attrition. The company was prepared to accept the costs of subjugating the Britannian colony and freeing the holy cities to be restored to native governance. Cargo ships continued a regular stream from the core provinces to the Gulf of Aden and back, a neverending cycle to ensure victory.

"What a lovely narrative, it's unfortunate that so little of it is true. When it comes to the German hostages you made the choice to save Walpurgis from making a mistake and finally being punished for their sins. For a nation willing to use words before guns you certainly had no trouble laying down an artillery battery upon a border I intentionally did not militarize, not that you followed my noble example. Our position was that you stay in your lane and we did not bring down Damocles upon your head, but instead in your arrogance you felt you could push and we would not push back. My company has proven itself time and time again to follow through our words with action, I find it baffling you felt this scenario would be any different. The world has seen our true face for quite some time now, we've shaped this planet into something greater than you ever managed in far less time. Stagnant empires have always fallen, yours will be no different. However I am not heartless or mean spirited, when you have accepted your loss we are open for negotiations."

With the Command "Fire" given via radio, the counter-attack began.

As Britannia quickly turned to face their enemy head on. Britannian Destroyers left Port of Ashdod in large numbers while the Venice Port saw the first Britannian Carrier be deployed as it was followed by other Destroyers. Since Mog[Corp] destroyed the vast amount of ships placed on the border, those that escaped returned with extra firepower. In Venice the mission was simple, get to the Arab Coast Line at all costs. Orders were to fire all weapons or use themselves as weapons. The only advantage Britannia had on the water was the ability for Britannian Long-Guns to fire at Mog[Corp] container ships, military ships, and any suspected supply ships bearing the enemy flag. The Britannian Destroyers were sent on Search and Destroy missions specifically targeting Container Ships as well as Submarines.

While Britannian Interceptors did their best to fill-in the role of AA guns the real attack by air was on Suez and Supply Lines in Arabia. Flying at high altitudes the Devine Punishment Attack Plane was able to use Stuka techniques to accurately smash any supplies in Arabia and Suez before they either escaped or were shot down. The air battle was a cluster to hit anything and everything to (hopefully) bring the eyes to the skies. Even in the air Britannia was outmatched without support from the Navy, only allowing their use to harass and destroy key lines.

However, even then, Britannian Long-Guns received their orders based on enemy Scout Patrol movements and fired blindly at the advancing enemy. An intense barrage of 80 shells per minute landed in the direction of the enemy to provide cover as rigged Cars and Knightmares were sent unarmed towards the enemy rigged to explode. Tracking beams were placed into the rigged weapons so if they were destroyed Long-Guns would be given the ability to estimate the enemy location and fire on the enemy.

From the Centre of Arabia Challenger 2 Tanks were placed into the outskirts of the allied border while supported with large amounts of AA and Anti-Tank infantry. The hostile desert made it ideal to hide these weapons and vehicles from the air, but not so much from land, which is where the Long-Guns continued to prevail. The Southern Border was armed with a total of 290,000 soldiers. While the Suez Border held 10k which slowly increased due to their job being completed by air. The total Arab-Britannian Military active was 300k, but with an additional 50k being placed in reserves.

Talk is always on the table, we will allow the Mog[Corp] the ability to make their demands first. We will hear them out and will agree to what we deem to be in the best of interests for both. You still have the way to reach us, we will keep it close and respond in a fast manner.

However, the Grand Sufi Order has decided that Mecca, Medina, and Jerusalem will remain in their hands.

Since the pair of carrier groups in the central Med had no real desire to get within 200nm of ant Britannian held territory it was unlikely that any of the long guns would be of much use. The drones that had been patrolling the Med for the past several years took note of the naval movements but no change to the strategy was employed, simply waiting for the flotilla from Venice to reach roughly 200nm away from the straight of Otranto.  At which point the Second fleet's 48 F/A-18 Super Hornets would take flight along with their E/A-18G electronic warfare escorts to provide suitable trouble to whatever attempted to stop their intended mission. Each aircraft would carry 4 AGM-84N Harpoons, with the rest of their hardpoints AIM-120D AMRAAMs to counteract any opposing aircraft. Their primary target would be the enemy carrier, with the rest of the enemy fleet targeted by size downwards.

By this point the first wave of 960 F/A-18s and their 120 F-22s had reached the front and the attempt by the devine punishment attack planes was baffling to say the least. The mix of the SPAAGs, SAMs and wave of fighters tearing through the enemy air assault, though some still managed to complete their goal it was simply a distraction and no real threat to the overall strategy. Following along, the 48 B-2s that went along with this first wave prioritized enemy airbases to further remove any more annoyances from the contested airspace. The stealth aircraft were quite simply invisible in the contested electronic enviorment and contained 40 CBU-105 precision guided cluster munitions, with the intention of destroying runways and masses of armor in Mahd Al Thahab and surrounding towns to make way for the ground forces advance.

80 shells a minute versus the roughly 50,000 vehicles that made up the advance was simply not a significant threat, and what shells did come close the SPAAGs were mostly able to handle, although the occasional unlucky main battle tank or IFV was destroyed or heavily damaged enough to be unable to continue and left to be cleaned up or repaired by the now unending wave of troops that continued northward. The unarmed vehicles recklessly approaching were noted and taken out by long range artillery from well behind the front line, since they apparently were not making much in the way of evasive maneuvers. However, once the first massive Sakuradite explosion occurred and still managed to destroy a scout nowhere near it another idea came to mind.

The four total carrier groups that were patrolling south of Japan were sent orders for an all out barrage upon Mount Fuji, and the mining operation there that'd be impossible to hide from satellite intelligence. A salvo of missiles were prioritize the mine to eliminate their opponents fuel supply once and for all.
