Article 2: Intelligence Rose and Vox Populi agree to share any information that may threaten the safety of the other. Article 3: Non Aggression Rose and Vox Populi agree never to work against one another, politically, economically or militarily. Article 4: Non-Chaining Rose and Vox Populi agree that should either party declare a war, then receive counter attacks from other alliances, there is no obligation for the other to come to their defense. Article 5: Cancellation Rose and Vox Populi agree to give 48 hours notice before cancelling the treaty.
