After seeing this in action, I feel as though this rule needs to be refined a bit.

 

I'm the event a nation takes another nations citizens, military personel, or sponsors, or is a direct cause of some form of harm to another nation in any way, it should be taken as volunteered consent. I've been told this was not part of the rules. If it is and I missed it somewhere, point me to it and I'll let it go. Otherwise, I feel it's a pretty serious hole in the system.

A real loophole, yea. What kind of nation is okay with you kidnapping their people?

To be fair you can't kidnap people from somewhere they aren't.

In the case of germany they went to a white space land that Walpurgis went after and thus became in control of their stuff there.

 

But yes I do agree that some rule needs to be put there. For example, Personal placed in a white territory can only be attacked if the attacker offers a fair RP that attacks them. So you can't just kill them all, but instead, it gives both parties a chance to RP it out
