Staged photos

Am I the only one here who thinks this is staged af?

It's knee deep water. Don't even start this whole, but "the current is probably str0nk" argument. I've been at the beach, been in peak surfer tier waves and gone swimming. Even if you fall, you should have enough core strength to barrel roll or flip yourself onto your back. I get it, it's like swimming in a giant toilet as its city flood water, but still.

I understand your point, but aren't there many possibilities of why she couldn't get into the water? Maybe she can't swim. Or maybe she can get in the water, but she's afraid of it - it could be hard to tell how strong the current is without actually getting in, and she has a baby. Babies don't weigh that much, and they can't swim, and the current might be too strong to hold or something. I'm not saying that it is too strong, I'm saying that the mother in the photo might have had to consider these things which might have prevented her from entering the water.. Or, you're right and it is scripted, but I doubt it is.

It's not. The rescuers try to keep people who are dry dry. The lady has nothing, no point in ruing her shoes, the last thing she owns.

I understand the skepticism though, but I guess if you aren't experiencing it you truly don't know.

Now the white helmets...They take the cake for staging.
