Trajan Posted August 19, 2017 Share Posted August 19, 2017 Preamble Ragnarok (ROK) and House Arryn (HA) enters into this treaty for the protection of House Arryn. Article I - Sovereignty Ragnarok and House Arryn recognize each other as sovereign entities and hereby agree to respect the right to conduct one’s own internal and foreign affairs free from external hindrance. However, both signatories are encouraged to consult each other on foreign policy-related matters. Article II - Protection Ragnarok hereby promises to utilize all possible means to defend House Arryn. Any attack on House Arryn will also be considered an act of aggression against Ragnarok. Should Ragnarok find itself attacked, House Arryn is encouraged, but not obligated, to come to Ragnarok’s aid. Article III - Aid and Intelligence Ragnarok and House Arryn agree to exchange financial aid when deemed necessary, with the understanding that this is not obligatory. The two alliances also agree to exchange intelligence, acknowledging that close coordination of intelligence is vital to the security of both signatories. Article IV: Cancellation 72 hours of notice must be given in the event that either alliance wishes to cancel this protection treaty.
