This makes sure that you won't be surprised when we ask you to do something. It also means you won't be wasting money by doing silly things. If you wish to review any of our accounts or last months financial report then please see here Instructions When you place a bid you are stating the price per share which you wish to buy a minimum of 10,000 shares for. The Minimum Price per share at this auction is $30 We are selling a maximum of 70 million shares (nearly a quarter of the entire company) at the auction. It will run until 8 pm in-game time on Saturday the 19th. You do not have to outbid any person to be able to purchase shares. Share sales will go down the list from highest bidder to the lowest bidder until either all shares are sold or there is no one left to purchase shares. You are allowed to place multiple bids. However, at the end of the auction the highest bid placed by each bidder will count as their official bid. If you have any question then please message myself or Psweet. Do Not post in this thread because it will interrupt any bidding. Once the time limit has been reached all bids will be recorded and starting from the highest bidder they will be approached to ask how many shares they wish to purchase. Then the next highest bidder and so on until either all shares are sold or there is no one left to purchase shares. Financing Options If you don't have money on your nation right now but still want to take part in this auction, then don't worry we offer our standard SO loans The maximum amount you will be able to loan from SO to purchase the shares will be calculated on a case by case situation when you are approached to purchase shares. This loan will have interest attached to it meaning you will need to pay the weekly interest by the following Friday like our normal loans. However, with these loans there is an additional condition. If you do not pay the minimum payment for two consecutive weeks then all the shares that you have purchased will be returned to Stratton Oakmont ownership and your loan will be removed from our books. No matter how much you have paid so far. Rules Private institutions (banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, etc.) are forbidden from the auction. Alliances and individual members of institutions may bid, but they will be asked to show evidence that the money they use to do so is theirs and they are not a proxy of the institution they belong to. Any edited posts in the bidding will be disqualified, so make a new post to bid again.
