Basically people who are past the city grant level and moving into self funded growth and don't want to deal with crippling taxes/mass recruitment policies. Looking to be a 10-20 man AA max. I already have a theme in mind. Discord only, no forums, team color not set yet. Not a set in stone thing, but looking for people who don't mind joining me on another project.
