Frollicking in the Rose Guardian Article I. Sovereignty Both signatories shall retain their sovereignty and shall not take any action, directly or indirectly, that would threaten the sovereignty of the other signatory. Article II. Mutual Defense An act of war upon one signatory is to be considered an act of war upon the other and will be responded to with all available force. Article III: Intelligence Both parties agree to share intelligence that is vital to each other's security. Both parties agree that to protect the meme, the parties need to be on the same page to accomplish such goals. Article IV - Non-Aggression Neither alliance is to engage, or support military aggression against the other. Any member of either party found in violation of these terms will be required to pay appropriate repatriations and be disciplined accordingly. Article V: Non-Chaining This is a non-chaining treaty. Should either party declare a war, then receive counter attacks from other alliances, there is no obligation for the other to come to their defense. Article VI: Cancellation Cause Both signatories uphold the right to cancel this agreement as they see fit but must give a 72-hour notice before doing so. Article II: Non-Aggression The signatories of this pact will refrain from any and all forms of hostile activity against each other, be it something as explicit as the use of military force or something covert, like espionage. Article III: Intelligence The signatories of this pact are to share any information or intelligence which pertains to the safety, stability, or overall well-being of each other. The recipient of any such information or intelligence is not to share it with third parties without explicit permission. Article IV: Optional Defense Although neither signatory of this pact is legally bound to grant a military assistance request if its fellow signatory is under attack, both signatories have the option to do so if they wish. Article V: Cancellation This pact will come into effect immediately after ratification. If either signatory wishes to cancel this pact, they may do so at any time, however, a period of 72 hours must pass after the initial notification of cancellation before the pact is null and void.
