With the expensive but prioritized space elevator finally reaching completion, it was immediately used to send up a massive network of communications and spy satellites. The primary goal however was to begin construction of a titanic shipyard at L₂ ​with raw materials being sent up as fast as the elevator could go. There was much work to be done and it felt not enough time to do it. Several designs were considered for a ship to rival their potential opponents capability. Mogar had personally chosen a design that he felt was appropriate to combat any rivals that might exist in space. A total of four Battlestars would be constructed for starters. It was also elected to launch at least eight satellites of a simple design, the construction a fairly easy process that could be completed so one was able to launch every two weeks, containing eight tungsten rods 20m in length. While such weapons were not a first choice, they would ensure any wars would end poorly for those who chose to stand against MoG[Corp].

One of the most vital goals outside of restoring a sense of balance of power between nations in space was the construction of several lunar colonies. There was a multitude of research and constructions that could only occur in the microgravity of the lunar surface. Malapert mountain was an obvious choice for a minimal base of operations, mainly to construct several solar arrays to power other activities, several telescopes were shipped up and sent to Shackleton Crater where surroundings would allow them to be protected from earth's own broad spectrum radio interference, and kept away from sunlight for an infrared instrument to be kept cold and most effective. More important than science research was the expansive stores of Helium-3 and Ilmenite, providing MoG[Corp] with nearly unlimited sources for their fusion power plants to continue functioning and even further dominance over the Orbis titanium market.

Orbis–Luna L₂ made a solid choice for a refueling depot, and exploratory craft would be sent out to several asteroids to further analyze their makeup and potential for mining or transportation to more favorable orbits. While Mk2 Vipers were more than capable of defending local space surrounding the pair of Battlestars, Columbia and Solaria, it was judged that additional fighter capability would be required to ensure the security of the Space Elevator and its surrounding area. The MoG[Aerospace] SF-14C/D Shootingstar was a fusion powered trans atmospheric fighter designed for combat against aircraft and spacecraft, with ample weaponry for both.

The continued experience of space travel had meant alternative means of transportation were always being considered, and one such idea was to use the concept of a railgun to turn a ship itself into the projectile, allowing for travel to anywhere much faster and cheaper than previously, the flower like building that was created to maximize the concept of the design was called the Amaryllis belladonna complex, but it ended up being nicknamed the naked lady. The Naked Lady ended up becoming even more efficient than expected and when the design was finished quickly became a major hub of transport throughout the solar system, and the company continued expansions to meet demand. Advertising was increased for this product, creating a new market for space tourism, "visit offworld."

Orbitial weapons platforms continued to stream up through the elevator and into their respective orbits, focusing heavily on central Asia as primary targets. It was suspect that a war with Walpurgis would require the total extermination of the magical population, and it was planned to allow that endgame to occur if it was needed. Container ships filled with the carbon nanotubes, as well as a pair that would act as mobile factories sailed over to the northern coast of South America, intending on providing Umbrella with a similar capability for cheap space travel. It was expected to take several years to actually complete the project, but the corporation's autonomous capabilities tended to prove they worked upon their own t̮͇̠͙ͅí͍̮̹̖͎ͅm͔̟͔e̝͕̙ḷ͕̤i̩̼̕n͏͔̥̪̙̰̼e̢͇̳̦̝͇̬̟.

Titan would serve as the next stop upon the solar highway being constructed by the corporation to reach into the stars, and a base of operations on planet was created to serve as a secure facility to conduct more extreme experiments. New vehicles were created for the role, along with the structures themselves eventually providing critical data on further improvements to current designs for environments to the cold depths the planet's surface remained. In orbit of the largest moon of Saturn, a refinery and a shipyard were constructed to allow resources from throughout the immediate area to be used to further expand the intersolar fleet. The Minokawa class would serve to augment the Battlestar class that already served as a capital ship in the corporate space navy, of which a total of twelve would be made, The Minokawa would have an IPR of six to test the design, and if proven to be the type of weapon it was hopefully designed to be would become the primary capital class.

The requirements for resources was endless and eternal, and upon Ceres, Pallas, Juno, Vesta, Hygiea, and Interamnia would serve as a basis for permanent mining operations within the asteroid belt. Both isolated research facilities and more traditional refineries were constructed rapidly to explore new projects that low gravity served as a wonderful testbed for, and to operate new mining equipment. While the threat of xenos and other nations continued within space, it was hoped that peace would continue for a while yet. Several new designs began testing in the vast space between Orbis3 and the various colonies, wargames constantly between them and the standard SF-14C/D Shootingstar began in earnest to determine cost/benefit of more advanced space fighter designs.
