2. The alliances still at war on both sides have fought well. Nothing about the conflict or its conclusion can or should be construed as humiliating or degrading in any way to the alliances of The Inquisition who are still fighting or to their memberships.

I like that log between Milton and Sargun.  That was pretty crazy to read.

ITT: Syndipshere will rebuild using our billions of funds still in reserve.

IQ will not, because they're broke, but at least they got us to admit (tongue-in-cheek) that they fought "valiantly"

Maybe Black Knights Foreign Affairs can elaborate on the situation that their government was involved in

You wut? You only got peace with your silly ego terms because you literally have no more pixels. Your entire coalition is probably 3 months behind on rebuilding/restocking at this point. Months our side will spend building unless we start blowing cash on the store so you can catch up. You have totality and completed failed in everything you did this war and set yourself up for more of the same next war. But if thats winning, congrats I guess?

Assuming people consider constant building to be the object of the game.

Hail peace!

Still disappointed that VE was allowed to keep that statement on their alliance page about being the premier lime based alliance or whatever it says....  I got a grumpy little alliance that disagrees with that.

The grumpy little alliance that disagrees with that can simply make a statement on their own alliance page saying it is the premier lime based alliance.  VE is not stopping them.

1. The 2nd term is quite possibly one of the most stupid terms I've come across; it achieves the exact opposite of what you wished to achieve with that term. It sounds forced, and quite honestly just says, "We were trying to be nice, so we gave a consolation prize to Inq: We won't collectively shit on you."  The wording is also interesting, "[...]can or should be construed as humiliating or degrading[...]". Yes, I'm sure that very sentence doesn't humiliate you further.

The second term is brilliant, actually, when taking into account the narrative that people who do not like the current hegemoney are telling others.  They are saying that the hegemoney is nothing more than a high school "cool kids club" made up of people who treat everyone except their "in" group of friends in the "right" alliances like dirt, dominate the OWF with shit posts and self-congratulations and who insult anyone who disagrees with their point of view.

Yeah, the second term does essentially say what you've described.  That much is true.  However, people could of - you know - followed it (i.e. be nice, shake hands, move on) but instead it's received far more complaints than I would of imagined and this appears to give some credence (true or not) to the narrative that i mentioned previous.

Brilliant on IQ's part. :D

Yup all valid, (well I can't speak for Milton or any other in the general membership) good stuff.

We don't want you, we want Leo and Curufinwe! They are much better representatives!

Yep. I didn't like the term much when I first read it but it's been.. interesting, to say the least, that many on 'easy mode' side immediately dishonored the term their leaders agreed to.

The fact that you think we can keep our members from trash talking and/or laughing at you is amusing.  Your reply kinda gives the impression that you really wanted a safe space from the after effects, which is sad by itself.
