Azkar Posted May 30, 2017 Share Posted May 30, 2017 1 nation per individual. The first 5 cities don't have a timer, so if you have the money, you can buy the cities. (any alliance worth your time will pay for at least those cities). Turn change happens every two hours, and the game locks certain functions to maintain integrity while updates are happening.
