Patty
Let's say if there's 4 nations on a single network, all of which are different people. If 2 of them trade with each other, but the other 2 don't, do all 4 get banned? Does the entire network get banned? If so then that's quite ridiculous, because it'd be punishing people who didn't do anything wrong. Also a suggestion is to just suspend a nation or put them into VM while they're banned, and then deleting their nation if their ban appeal is rejected, or taking it out of VM/suspension if their ban appeal is accepted. This can avoid people losing all their hard work for an incorrect accusation. What do you guys think? Putting banned nations in vm for say 14days would be helpful and give the wrongly accused nations time to appeal and get their nations back if the appeal succeeds.. gd idea 1 Quote discussion before violence What I post do not represent the views of the alliance unless otherwise stated. Administrators Alex Posted May 6, 2017 Administrators Share Posted May 6, 2017 I generally do not ban non-offending nations, even if they're on the same network. However, banning an account does place a blanket ban on the IP address, so sometimes people think they're banned when they're really not. Using vacation mode to protect nations that I'm uncertain about cheating is actually something I've done in the past when it's an iffy situation and I'm not sure. Quote Is there a bug?
