Today is a grim day as a dangerous virus, the Blackwing virus, has escaped an Aka'atan bioweapon containment facility. The Heavenly Emperor has since ordered a national lockdown. All borders are closed to humans. Human Amenrians abroad should contact an official Amenrian embassy or consulate in their area and wait for further instructions, whilst Non-human Amenrians must return home as soon as possible. Foreign Non-human sentient creatures require a security clearance to enter the Empire. The Armed Forces' Supernatural Division and Mechanised Warfare Division have been deployed to the nation's borders and daily patrols have been reinforced with warmechs. This outbreak will be monitored closely by the Imperial Amenrian Intelligence Agency, and all human Amenrians have been instructed to stay in safe-zones designated by the government. Vampires have been sent to Aka'ata to study the disease and contain some infected individuals for research and messages have been broadcasted by the Ministry of Health about the virus. To prevent the virus from entering key areas in the Empire, the Heavenly General has ordered a construction of a new Great Wall to protect Central Amenria.
