United States Government Made Responses on Recent Tragedy

The United States tightens airport security, regarding recent tragedy occurred in North America

 

An outbreak of an infectious viral agent occurred in Aka’atan Empire and North America. Based on information released by Imperial Government of Akaata, the virus was came from Imperial Bioweapons I17A, or the Blackwing Plague which accidentally released into the immediate area near Imperial Bioweapons Research Facility 163.

                      

The United States Government was heavily criticized about the “careless†management of Imperial Bioweapons. Many experts in the United States also criticized the failure of Imperial Government to manage its Weapons of Mass Destruction and classify this tragedy as the worst in the history. Meanwhile, they also pushed the Federal Government to not only “monitoring†the situation but also involved in the prevention of the virus. Unfortunately, the Federal Government has not made any offer yet to help Imperial Government of Aka’ata.

The Experts also criticized about the Federal Government’s failure to distribute any information about the virus, its transmission and the implications of the virus. However, they appreciated the Federal Government steps to deploy about 10,000 doctors of Public Health Services to the entire nation and ordered a mandatory check up for all citizens including children.

 

The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention of Department of Health and Human Services developed a number of widely accepted as “Guideline on Preventing the Spread of Blackwing Plague Virus in the United Statesâ€:

 

·         Identify the existence of the virus (Is the group of ill persons normal for the time of year, geographic area, etc.?)

·         Verify the diagnosis related to the virus

·         Create a case definition to define who/what is included as a case

·         Map the spread of the virus by using Information technology and distribute it to the Foreign Embassies and Foreign Military bases

·         Develop a hypothesis (What appears to be causing the virus?)

·         Study hypotheses (collect data and perform analysis)

·         Refine hypothesis and carry out further study

·         Develop and implement control and prevention systems

·         Release findings to greater communities

 

The Speaker of the House Ban Ki-moon, appreciated all fast responses (maybe the fastest in the world) made by the Federal Government to prevent the spread of the virus in the United States Territory. Even though, many oppositions of the Government (especially from Republicans) criticized about the lack of distribution of the virus information and no diplomatic contact was made by the Department of State with the Akaatan Empire.

 

The Department of Health and Human Services also has opened medical center in several hospitals in the United States and establish guidelines to take care the victims of the virus.

The Federal Emergency Management Agency has broadcasted a message by using a social network services such as LINE, Facebook and Twitter. The message informed that an outbreak has happened in North America and estimated to continue spread. The citizens who were traveled abroad are mandated to visit and make a medical check up on the nearest Medical Service Center (which provided by Department of Public Health and Human Service) or Hospital. However, no clear further information about the virus, transmission and symptoms.

 

 

 

In case to tighten the border security, United States Armed Forces deployed special forces into the border. The people are widely questioning about the use of special forces in the US Borders.

 

The Department of Defense ordered to collect aerial view of North America and Western Hemisphere by using drones and NSA Reconnaissance Satellite to trace the spread of virus. The military force was also deployed into the borders, airports, and major ports. The Secretary of Defense also has contacted General Yosihijiro Umezu (Commander of United States North America Command) to prepare his soldiers, aircrafts, and battleship to destroy ice-bridge between Alaska and Far-East.

News Update on Blackwing Plague Virus Outbreak

The Department of Health and Human Services has not got any reports that the Blackwing Plague virus has reached United States Territory or infected US Citizens. Recently, The Aka’atan Empire released information that the Blackwing Plague outbreak has reached Iceland and nearly Strait of Magellan. There is also information that the Blackwing Plague virus has reached Mogatopia in southern part of Africa.

The Department of Defense has authorized airstrikes upon Central and South America by using about five aircrafts. There is no information about the weapons used by aircraft but the weapon was predicted as White Phosphorus Clusters, Mark 77 bomb (MK-77), GBU-53/B and CBU-87.  White phosphorus is used in a large portion than other bombs as it can cause injuries and death in three ways: by burning deep into tissue, by being inhaled as a smoke, and by being ingested. Extensive exposure by burning and ingestion may result in death.

The Blackwing Plague virus has harmed the United States Economy. The Federal Reserve cut interest interest rates by 0.25 percentage points to stem the Economy fallout from the outbreak. According to the Department of Commerce, the United States’ Department Stores sales decreased 21,5% and also production of Manufacturing sectors decreased about 16,5% after many Companies cut their work hour. The stock market also collapsed about 29,9%.
