Mogar
It had been a significant investment of resources to bring the city that had created many worlds into this one, ensuring a tear large enough had required the power of several dyson sphere, but it had arrived in all of its glory, centering around 55°40'00.0"S 25°55'00.0"W, the deepest part of the Atlantic. Nearby a lighthouse appeared from nothing, though instead of a light it was a directed blast of EM interference and atop enough laser blinders to create a 20 mile circle of blank space for satellites and any non protected vessels unwise enough to get close. The city itself was not unlike a near future Gotham, except five miles under the ocean. Buildings were designed to appear to be anywhere from Arcologies and Brutalist to Deco and the always present neon and glass towers, though the glass was actually several feet thick of a unique plastic stronger than most steels. Empty at first besides a minimal skeleton crew of the specialized lifeforms to maintain the city and a few dozen personnel to maintain food and housekeeping within the city's central tower, the letters would begin arriving to carefully chosen wealthy, the intelligent and the creative of this planet and they would arrive as a trickle at first, but it was not expected to take very long to bring the city up to to the point it was self sustaining, it never did.At the lighthouse sat the Agamemnon, a 370m megayacht based off a previous design, with three staterooms, a conference room, movie theater, a dozen guest cabins, and all the other bells along whistles you could want on such a vessel and enough defensive capabilities to ensure its safety upon the open seas. With a crew and two guests it set sail for the middle east. Quote if you carry your childhood with you, you never become older
