Moving two pieces near the Balkans to Ontario and Michigan

In order to meet the colony limit I will be withdrawing from the Pacific islands and South America and moving the six provinces to Alaska, along with my four claims for this month, mainland provinces add up to 9 and the random islands can be the 10th.
