If you are also claiming the Pacific Islands as Sven mentioned than that is the end of your claims.

And the 2 you mentioned is 2 totaling 4

Poor math, on your original map, Puerto rico and the rest of the islands are a total of one, if the pacific provinces count as 2 than I'd be up to 3.
