    Minister Marîa, you came with grave concerns regarding Piracy?. Sí El Presidente, The Pirate groups in The Caribbean and East Indies have hassled other trading groups and Spanish Ships have also been attacked. Minister.. You are aware that these are not our territorial waters, we should let the SEACO Council Handle Them. Mister President, with all due respect, we can not let others handle it. 4.5 Billion Euros travel via the East Indies, and 1.3 Billion passes via the Caribbean. In the last week alone, 31 Spanish Ships were attacked, only two were boarded, however one was a Military Freighter, they stole 31 Pounds of Explosives, Milan ATMs, and some Sakura SAM missiles. Marîa, I already know that the pirates stole some weapons. God forbid they be used, however, we already have MI6 looking for them. The defense should be working on some new ship regulations, and add more protection to Spanish Shiping. Mister President, if I can interject.  Go ahead Alfonso [Minister of Foreign Affairs] Marîa has some validly. We can not let these pirates run amok, even if SEACO will handle it we risk billions in damages. Not to mention, we risk losing valuable equipment; my sources tell me that Spain has lost 12 Million Euros in damages and lost value to privacy in today. You saw the reports from Econ last year, 31 Billion Euros stolen, excluding Military Equipment. What would you have me do? We can prepare some new Military Regulations, but you need to have the Federal Congress enact some new law retaining to anti-piracy.  The Partido Cathölica won't even let us pass a new Budget for car maintenance, much less fund some operation. Then go to the Chairman of your party, as we will go to ours. Form the voting bloc, and we can push this. Our Maritime Nation thrives on economic prosperity and sea security. It is why when SEACO formed, our trade revenue boomed, and we saw much prosperity. However, a new threat has emerged. The Pirates of Sparrow have attacked numerous Spanish shipping. and in a week we have lost 12 million in damages, in a week it will be 84 Million, in a year it will be 4.38 Billion. 4.38 Billion in Tax Payers money. We must act, and we shall. You must work together, and we have people speaking with the Socialists and the independents.
