Yes there are a lot of good things on there, but that's the point. Perk Points aren't horrible easy to earn in mass and each category has a max you can spend in them makes you need to specialize and choose carefully. I tweaked a bunch of stuff around fortify in the military catagory to add a lot of tactical based attacking/defending with incorporating fortify to help add some level of tactics to the system. Still need to come up with a method/timer on when perks can be reset and re-spent sort of thing, but I'll leave that to you. Numbers aren't perfect, but this is a draft so do with it what you will. Something I made while bored. Edited January 31, 2017 by Judge Dredd 12

Ayayay
I liked the older perks idea tbh Orbis Wars | CSI: UPN | B I G O O F | PW Expert Has Nerve To Tell You How To Run Your Own Goddamn Alliance | Occupy Wall Street | Sheepy Sings TheNG - My favorite part is when Steve suggests DEIC might have done something remotely successful, then gets massively shit on for proposing such a stupid idea.
