Should a dispute ever arise, it will be discussed in private.Article II: IntelligenceShould either signatory receive information which directly or indirectly affects the other, they agree to share it with them.Article III: DefenseIn the event either signatory comes under attack by a third party, the other is obligated to provide military and financial support if requested.Article IV: AggressionIf either signatory decides to attack a third party, the other is encouraged, but not obligated, to assist them.Article V: CancellationIt is the hope by both signatories that this treaty should stand forever.
