The DSDH has just confirmed to HNS that they have released the final report regarding the special forces operation that took place on Thursday. The DSDH says her life was in peril after threats were made against her from the state. She is now safe, in Hungadada. These are the statements that followed the raid: News Bulletin: In what seems to be an amazing rescue, Hungadadian Special Forces acted quickly to rescue the Vice Chancellor of the Dutch East India Company. Her life was said to be in peril; which was what prompted an original failed French intervention, and eventually the Hungadadian intervention as well. The French intervention was deemed a failure after the aircraft carrying its special forces crash landed due to a major technical glitch. All personnel is reported to have survived. The Hungadadian intervention was planned late at night and carried out in the wee hours. The Vice Chancellor is now living in a safe house somewhere in Hungadada, under heavy protection. The Emperor congratulated all the special forces soldiers involved in the operation. The fate of Prince Hunter of Bavaria remains unknown. MoFA Statment: Hungadada has removed its embassy personnel after conditions deteriorated in the DEIC. For the safety of all our diplomats and their families, Hungadada has ceased all diplomatic activity within the Dutch East India Company. Contact with the MoFA is still available through the DEIC Hungadada Embassy in Port Royalty. Hungadada will resume diplomatic activity once it deems the situation safe enough. Official Emperor's Statement: I would like to personally congratulate every single special forces soldier, the pilots, and the crew aboard IHNS Royal Sovereignty, who made this mission possible. This rescue shows a lot of things about the Hungadadian Special Forces, and further cements us as a force to be reckoned with. I would also like to thank the French government, who were also instrumental in ensuring that this mission was a success. This mission should show the DEIC that its true friends and allies are willing to help the nation back on the right path and that its friends and allies will take all steps necessary to ensure that people are not being persecuted by the state relentlessly or haphazardly.
