He is going to dismantle the Muslim tracking system which he just be for so long. Reminds me of some other things Obama has done which are now a problem apparently with Trump. The logic being, "these things were terrible okay, but Obama was a saint, while Trump is a monster so we got to reverse these things". However... why not do them instead? Oh well no matter. If Trump wants a Muslim tracking system he can get one which will make the old one look small time (Trump only deals in big league stuff) especially if it spites Obama.
