Eva-Beatrice
I feel like this should be addressed as well. I believe that if a nation wants to give away some of their provinces to another nation, they should be able to do so. However, just like the rule on expansion, gifted provinces would be capped at two per month. This is to avoid having tiny nations suddenly becoming huge from gifted land. Realistically, they wouldn't be able to handle it. Quote When the seagulls cried, none were left alive. "If life is a miracle, then death is a certainty." Thalmor
What if two nations are in a war, one has 13 provinces and one has 18 provinces, and the one with 18 provinces agrees to cede 5 provinces to the other due to a consensual peace settlement from a consensual war?
Eva-Beatrice
What if two nations are in a war, one has 13 provinces and one has 18 provinces, and the one with 18 provinces agrees to cede 5 provinces to the other due to a consensual peace settlement from a consensual war? That doesn't exactly count as gifting. For wars, that would be permitted. Quote When the seagulls cried, none were left alive. "If life is a miracle, then death is a certainty."
