The Satellite, which was named "Eagle 1", is a simple research probe which is capable of deorbiting. Images below. The Launch The room was silent. The Mission Control Team was waiting for the ground crews to get away from the rocket that would carry the first satellite into orbit of Orbis. This was, of course, not the first object in space, other nations had done that already. But this was the first man-made object to be sent into orbit. Everyone was nervous, Director Gleb Melnyk was standing at his desk waiting, when suddenly, it was announced that the mission was a go. "We have a Go - No Go for launch" said one of the members of the mission control. Everyone said Go, as everything was ready. Copy that, we are Go, Chernihiv. Chernihiv was where the people who would manage the spacecraft once in orbit were at. "Desyatʹ (Ten) dev'yatʹ (Nine) visim (Eight)sim (Seven)shistʹ (Six)p'yatʹ (Five) dvyhun zapalyuvannya (Engine Egnition)chotyry (Four)try (Three)dva (Two)odyn (One) Znimitʹ (Liftoff)" The Rocket shook the mission control due to the sheer power of it's engines. Some people thought that the glass on some of the windows would break, but luckily, they did not. About Sixteen Seconds in, the fins that kept the spacecraft stable started to fail, however, the problem did not need to be fixed, as the SRB's (Solid Rocket Boosters) were about to run out of fuel. After 25 seconds, the Solid Rocket Boosters ran out of fuel, and were jettisoned from the spacecraft. After that, the Liquid Fuel engine was ignited and the fairings were separated. For about Three Minutes, the engine burned until it too ran out of fuel. Luckily, it was not needed afterwards, as there was a third stage that was ready to fully boost the spacecraft into orbit. After five minutes, the final engine ignited and boosted the spacecraft into orbit. A group of state sponsored students have been experimenting and using simple systems have created a propellent that will blast our rockets. \ Our military is sponsoring this as we hope to launch a satellite into orbit. Their first launch will be from the British base at Cyprus. Their launch is counting down from five. Khamsa (five) Ar'baa (four) Thalfa (Three) Suruq Ad'diraie (arm the rocket) Athnan (Two) Kushif Akhir (final check) Wahid (one) Ta'leeq (Stand By) Itilaq (fire) At'taraat C-2 Itbai Qhadifa (C-2 Jets follow projectile) Kal Wadha (all clear) The launch reached an altitude of 50Km and a minter satellite is now in orbit. The rocket has reached a range of 6000km and will be used as a missile system alongside the space program. Allahu Akbar!! So you are claiming that it is practically a "spacecraft" that orbits in the atmosphere and the booster keeps it from falling below 10km?!? We launched it to 35km then it dropped to 10km and used hydrogen in the atmosphere to create nuclear fusion and boost it to geostationary orbit where it will orbit as a primitive satellite capable of sending short signals Quote Caliph of The Caliphate of Arabia.
