Phoenix is upgrading her protectorate to a MDoAP with our good allies at Rose. Article I: PeacePhoenix and Rose agree not to attack each other. If any disputes arise they will be handled privately and through diplomacy.Article II: Respect and SovereigntyBoth Phoenix and Rose retain their individual sovereignty (Their powers). Neither party shall threaten that sovereignty with any action directly or indirectly.Article III: IntelligenceBoth parties agree to disclose intelligence which may have effects on the other alliance, this intelligence will be accurate and honest. Article IV: Mutual DefenseIf Phoenix or Rose are attacked, the other party is obligated to enter the conflict in defense of the attacked ally, including each party's protectorates.Article VI: Optional AggressionIf Phoenix or Rose attack other alliances, the other party may assist, including conflicts resulting from protectorate agreements. Participation is completely optional.Article VII: TerminationIf either party wishes to cancel this agreement, a private notice of 72 hours is required.
