Popular Post Licorice Posted January 28, 2016 Popular Post Share Posted January 28, 2016 Dear Members of Noir, When Noir was founded many months ago our goal was to build a great alliance that would compete with the best of Orbis. Since then though the time our government staff has been able to commit to the growth of the alliance has dwindled, and negatively affected Noir. This has been shown with our recent drop in membership from inactivity. With these losses and the limited availability of our government staff, Arkiri Arch and myself have decided it’s best to disband Noir. You guys deserve better than what we can currently offer. With that being said, we believe that you should be free to choose what alliance you want to join. If there has been an alliance you’re curious about give them a shot, interact with some new people, and enjoy the game. Feel free to stay in touch with us and the rest of Noir. We will be giving everyone a few days before officially disbanding Noir, so don’t feel rushed into joining a new alliance immediately. We wish you all the best of luck moving forward. Myself and Arkiri Arch shall be joining Chola and I hope to see many if not all of Noir join them as well.
