Josh Freer Posted January 20, 2016 Share Posted January 20, 2016 The Castle on a Cloud Accord ARTICLE I - Non-Aggression The signatory alliances agree to not initiate attacks between each other, and Iberia pledges to keep the peace with BoC's allies. ARTICLE II - Intelligence The signatory alliances agree to pass along intelligence in a timely manner, especially when it is regarding the other signatory. ARTICLE III - Aid BoC is under no obligation to provide Iberia with financial, diplomatic, or academic aid of any kind. ARTICLE IV - Protection BoC agrees to provide military and espionage protection over Iberia, until such a time that Iberia can defend itself. Should BoC find itself in war, Iberia is under no obligation to come to their defense, however is encouraged to do so. ARTICLE V - Upgrading This Protectorate treaty may be upgraded with a passing vote from each of the signatories. The upgrade would become effective immediately. ARTICLE VI - Cancellation Should this treaty need to be canceled, 72 hour notice is required to the other alliance. Once 72 hours have passed, this treaty is void.
