  1. Why not make improvements also cost resources? Let them increase by the amount of infra a city has and the total city count. An easy solution that would fix all economic problems.
  2. Still very frustrating for new nations...
  3. A simple way to increase demand in resources is to make sure building new cities also cost resources. So besides only money, you will need resources as well. It's a small and easy change but would increase demand by a bit.
  4. This seems like a great change to the game and would fix quite a few problems. I like it.
  5. Just a idea I have had in mind for P&W. As proxy wars and regime change are getting more and more visible in the world I think it's time to implement something similar in the game. Besides that it will lead to more wars and the demand for resources will rise. New project: Extraterritorial operation Your spies can now conduct illegal operations abroad to ignite a rebellion. Costs: 30.000.000 Requires: Intelligence Agency ___ Buying this project will give your spies the ability to conduct operations that create civil unrest/rebellion in the targeted country. Because of the potential high reward of the attacker, it also costs a significant amount of money and resources. First a few basic rules: - This operation can last for 5 days at maximum. After this the operation is halted. - Getting caught results in an immediate declaration of war. ___ A succesful operation that creates civil unrest requires the following things: - Atleast 50 spies dedicated to this program. - A base - Resources. It requires munition, gasoline, money and steel to fuel the rebellion and arm the population. Every turn your operation drains resources from your nation. - The possible rate of succes depends on the defenders approval rating, pollution, radiation, the covertness of the operation and the amount of resources allocated by the attacker. ___ The possible positive outcome of this for the attacker is a weakened enemy due to clashes between civilians and their armed forces. Besides that it will have a significant negative impact on their economy and resources. When the rebellion is unsuccesful the attacker loses his investments in the operation and gets sanctioned by the international community which results in a negative effect on their economy. Thoughts?
